Conditions of participation for the Leopage competition

  1. organizer
    The competition is organized by Leopage , Leopold Schmahl, PO Box 02 17, 19313 Wittenberge, Germany. It is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them in any way.
  2. Eligibility
    All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
  3. Participation period
    The competition starts on January 25, 2025 at 10:00 PM and ends on February 25, 2025 at 11:59 PM .
  4. Participation requirements
    To participate in the competition, participants must complete the following steps:
    • Like the competition post on Instagram or Facebook.
    • Follow the page @leopage.de on the corresponding platform.
    • Tag at least one person in the comments who could benefit from a new website, or alternatively a friend.
    • Share the competition post in your own story and tag @leopage.de .

    Important: Multiple entries via the same platform are not permitted. Each person may only participate once.

  5. Profit determination
    The winner will be randomly drawn after the competition period has ended.
  6. The profit
    • 1x 25 € Amazon.de voucher for the randomly selected winner.
  7. Announcement of the winner
    The winner will be announced in the comments of the post within 5 business days of the competition ending and contacted via direct message. The winner has 7 days to respond. If they don't respond, a new winner will be drawn. The voucher code will be sent via direct message on the respective platform (Instagram or Facebook).
  8. Data protection
    The data collected as part of the competition (e.g., Instagram or Facebook handles) will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition and will be deleted after its conclusion. It will not be shared with third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
  9. Disclaimer
    The organizer assumes no liability for technical malfunctions, failures or delays that could affect participation in the competition.
  10. Exclusion of participants
    Participants who use unauthorized aids, manipulate the competition in any other way, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage will be disqualified from the competition. This also applies to participants who violate the terms and conditions.
  11. Miscellaneous
    The organizer reserves the right to adapt, change or prematurely terminate the competition or these terms and conditions at any time if unforeseen circumstances so require.

By participating in the competition, participants accept the above-mentioned conditions of participation.

Fair Use Policy for web design services regarding the number of subpages

1. Purpose and scope

This Fair Use Policy sets forth the conditions under which clients of our web design services may specify the number of subpages for their websites. The goal is to ensure fair and balanced use of our resources while ensuring that all clients receive a high-quality service.

2. Standard offer

As part of our standard package ("Starter") for web design services, we offer the creation of up to five (5) subpages. This quota includes the most important pages, such as the homepage, about us, services, contact, and blog.

3. Premium-Plan

Customers using our Premium plan are entitled to create unlimited subpages, subject to feasibility and the following limitations:

  • Quality and complexity : The number of subpages created must be proportionate to the complexity and effort required to ensure high quality.
  • Timeframe : The creation of subpages must be done within a realistic timeframe to allow for proper planning and execution.
  • Resource availability : The availability of our resources and capacities is taken into account to ensure that all customers can use our service without compromising on quality.

4. Expansion of the standard offer

If the customer requires more than five (5) subpages and is not using the Premium plan, additional pages can be purchased for an additional fee. The costs for additional subpages will be clearly communicated upfront and are based on the scope and complexity of the additional content.

5. Abuse and excessive use

To prevent misuse of our services and ensure the quality of our work, we reserve the right to take action in the event of excessive use. Excessive use occurs when the number of requested subpages significantly exceeds the agreed quota and no corresponding expansion of the service has been agreed upon.

6. Communication and transparency

We value open communication with our clients. If additional subpages are required during the project, please contact us early on. Together, we will find a solution that meets your needs while respecting our fair use policy.

7. Adjustments and special agreements

In special cases and upon individual agreement, special agreements may be made. These must be recorded in writing and approved by both parties.

8. Consequences of violation

In the event of violations of this Fair Use Policy, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the affected services or charge additional fees. The customer will be notified promptly in such cases, and we will work together to find a fair solution.

9. Changes to the Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Fair Use Policy as needed. The most current version of the Fair Use Policy is available on our website.
